I imagine you have a lot of work to carry on there in Madrid.

But you know?? You are NOT the only ones who work in this world!

I'm not referring only to the (shameful!) delay in providing the results of the selections but also to the criterium you have adopted to make the selection and to inform solicitans about this criterium!

Only thanks to a forum I saw the 2008 results of Maec-Aecid scholarships and I noted that you've never given any scholarship to an European citizen! So, why THE HELL you present your "convocatoria" as worldwide opened?? When it is NOT!

I know it's read there are geographic areas that have priorities, notwithstanding, you missed to specify to which extent this priority is worth. One can think that you would have weighed the different areas by a coefficient…but you do not.

You just take into consideration the applications coming from the priority areas and throw away all the others!

Do you know how much time I spent to fulfil each part of the application form??

Do you know what it means to demand for an accurate presentation letter by TWO academic authorities??

Do you know what it means to rely in a good project and later understand how foolish you have been in hoping to carry on your project? I had expectations on it!

To be noted that I still haven’t received any communication, but NOW it’s clear to me I have (and I have never had) any chance to win that scholarship!

You have not been fair!

Before applying for the Maec-Aecid scholarship I gave a look to the scholarships offered by Sweden…they do not allow Italians (and other Europeans) to waste their time fulfilling a very long and demanding application as yours, since they know a-priori (as you) that those applications have no chance to be selected!

They have (as you) the policy of promoting poor countries but they also demonstrate to have RESPECT for those people who come from “rich countries”, that furthermore it does not mean those people are automatically richer that African or south American ones.
